SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $100 within Australia and charge $4.95 flat fee for orders under $100. For delivery, we use Fastway couriers where possible (Fastway do not deliver to PO boxes and some outer city areas) or parcel post bags from Australia Post. We aim to despatch the next working day after your order is placed. Delivery will take approx 2-7 days depending on which State you live in.
Express Shipping is available at your choice and is charged as a flat rate of AUD$8.95 Australia-wide. Fashion Express Online ships via Australia Post for Express Shipping.
SHIPPING DURING XMAS PERIOD
Please note that there may be a slight delay with your order Shippment during the busy Xmas period. This is due to a high demand of customers purchasing online orders and deliveries, which is quite usual during the festive season. We will endeavour to process all Online Orders via our Online Store within 48 working hours during this busy period.
We're currently not shipping internationally. We are planning on expanding to international shipping at a later date.

We hope you love your new purchase. Please let us know if you are disappointed and we will happily exchange or refund your purchase excluding any postage costs. Return postage costs will be at your expense unless an item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once undamaged item, including all original tags is received back in-store. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receival of garments back in-store.
In the event of item exchanges, the postage costs are payable by the customer unless the item is faulty. You can either include a post bag for your exchange with your return garment or contact us
to pay the return postage fee.

and return instructions will be provided.
TO OBTAIN AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE MET:
1. Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
2. Item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached.
3. The Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
