Shipping & Delivery
How much will it cost to ship my order?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $150 within Australia.
On all Australian orders under $150, we offer a standard flat rate shipping fee of $8.95.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched the
next business day.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer Express shipping via Australia Post. Next business day delivery after despatch according to the Express Post Network.
Please note, that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, peak periods and public holidays.
We offer a flat rate express shipping fee of $10 on Australian orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within metro cities can take between 2-5 business days after despatch via Australia Post or Courier. Please note, that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and peak periods and public holidays.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer International Shipping to New Zealand. However, do not offer to ship to other international destinations. This will change soon, we'll keep you posted.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes, we offer both.
At Silvermaple Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason this isn't the case, we'll happily refund or exchange your purchase excluding any postage costs.
How do I return/exchange an order?
To process a refund or exchange, please return the item in its original
condition (including receipt and product tags) within 14 days
of receiving your online order for full price and 7 days for sale, along
with a completed Returns Form. Please visit our returns page for a step-by-step
process and to obtain returns.

What happens if my item is faulty?
Here at Silvermaple Boutique, we take pride in ensuring our customers can receive their items in pristine condition. However, if in the unfortunate circumstance you believe you have been sent a faulty item, please email our customer support team at onlinesales@silvermaple.com.au to assist and assess the faulty garment.

Do I need an account before placing an order?
No, you can choose to checkout as a guest. We recommend creating an account as your address and email preferences will be saved for future purchases with us and make the process quicker next time you place an order with Silvermaple. Boutique.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can. You can call our online customer service team at our head office on +61 3 9808 2295 on weekdays from 9.30 am – 4.30 pm.
What does pre-order mean?
When you purchase a pre-order product, this means you are purchasing an item before we have received it in our warehouse. Our regular dispatch and shipping timeframes do not apply. Please read the product description carefully to determine the estimated delivery for your Pre-Order items.
Can I cancel my order or make a change to my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
At Silvermaple Boutique, we offer a range of payment options so you can choose your preferred way to pay. We offer the following payment methods:
Paypal, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What is Afterpay?

Do you offer layby?
Unfortunately at this stage, we do not offer layby on purchases in our online store. We do offer the option to pay for your order using Afterpay to receive your items now and pay in four easy payments.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
In the instance, your order does not arrive please email onlinesales@silvermaple.com.au or call our head office on +61 9808 2295 on weekdays 9.30 am – 4.30 pm and our friendly team will help you.

Why is my discount code not working?
In this instance your discount code is not working please check the T&C in the EDM or visit our offers page.
Some reasons your code may not be working:
- You may not have reached the minimum order threshold
- The items in your cart may not be full price
- The items in your cart are excluded from the offer.
- The items in your cart may not be the brand that is valid in the discount offer.
- You may have input the code incorrectly.
