We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons

You can return your items using your preferred shipping carrier or use our easy returns portal via Australia Post. 

Here you can pay and print for your shipping label yourself and the portal will advise you of your nearest drop off location.

Australia post will deliver your return to our warehouse.

Where do I send my return?

Please post your item to the address below and we'll let you know when your request has been processed. Return postage costs will be at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Yes, we offer both.

At Silvermaple Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason this isn't the case, we'll happily refund or exchange any full-priced items in your order excluding any postage costs.

Please refer to the product for any sale + outlet returns or exchanges as these vary online.

How do I return/exchange an order?

To process a refund or exchange, please return the item in its original condition (including receipt and product tags) within 14 days of receiving your online order for full-price and 7 days for sale item, along with a completed Returns Form. Please visit our returns page for a step-by-step process and to obtain returns.

How long does a return take to process?

We'll process your refund as soon as possible, but please note that it can sometimes take your financial institution up to 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.

Who is responsible for return shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb return shipping, you are required to return items to us at your own cost, we recommend using a shipping service that will provide you with a tracking number.

Can I return online orders in-store?

Yes you can.

To obtain a refund/exchange for your online purchase in person:

Simply return the item to one of our three Victorian boutiques (Ashburton, Brighton & Camberwell) with your original receipt and product tags. Your order will be processed and refunded to the original payment method used during your online purchase and a notification will be sent to you by email.

What is Silvermaple's in-store returns policy?

FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE

We do not refund for change of mind. A store credit note or exchange is offered when goods are returned within 14 days of purchase with a store receipt.

SALE MERCHANDISE

There is no refund on SALE items. An exchange of goods on the day of return is offered if returned within 7 days of purchase. No credit note is offered.

REFUNDS

All refunded stock must be accompanied by proof of purchase and have original tags attached. A gift card (store credit) will be issued for goods that were purchased at full price. The gift card can be used in-store or online.

Can a sale item online be exchanged or refunded?

Yes

Due to fast-moving sale stock, a strict 7-day exchange policy applies on sale items. Please ensure that you return your item within 7 days of receiving your online order.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. A refund or gift card will be provided in the instances we can't provide an exchange.

Can an outlet item be returned online?

No

We want to say good-bye to these Outlet items. They are heavily discounted and non refundable and non exchangeable.

What happens if my item is faulty?

Here at Silvermaple Boutique, we take pride in ensuring our customers can receive their items in pristine condition. However, if in the unfortunate circumstance you believe you have been sent a faulty item, please email our customer support team at onlinesales@silvermaple.com.au or contact us on +61 3 9808 2295 to assist and assess the faulty garment.
