WHAT YOU CAN RETURN
Full priced products and sale products that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached
Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.
We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons

Outlet styles - no returns, no refunds any of these clearance items.

You can return your items using your preferred shipping carrier or use our easy returns portal via Australia Post.
Here you can pay and print for your shipping label yourself and the portal will advise you of your nearest drop off location.
Australia post will deliver your return to our warehouse.

Where do I send my return?
Please post your item to the address below and we'll let you know when your request has been processed. Return postage costs will be at your expense unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes, we offer both.
Full priced styles - At Silvermaple Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason this isn't the case, we'll happily refund or exchange any full-priced items in your order excluding any postage costs.
Sale styles - heavily reduced prices with strictly no refunds and no returns.
Outlet styles - please refer to the product red tag for conditions, these styles are 50-70% OFF. No refunds and no returns.
How do I return/exchange an order?
To process a refund or exchange, please return the item in its original condition (including receipt and product tags). Please include your return form (and the back of our thank you card) included in your online order.
- Full price - within 14 days of receiving your online order for full-price exchange or refund is offered
- Sale - 7 day return policy on Sale items applies. Exchange or gift card policy.
- Outlet - no refunds, no returns, we say good-bye to these styles

How long does a return take to process?
We'll process your refund as soon as possible, but please note that it can sometimes take your financial institution up to 3-5 business days to clear the funds back into your account.
Who is responsible for return shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb return shipping, you are required to return items to us at your own cost, we recommend using a shipping service that will provide you with a tracking number.
Can I return online orders in-store?
Yes you can.
To obtain a refund/exchange for your online purchase in person:
Simply return the item to one of our three Melbourne Boutiques (Ashburton, Brighton & Camberwell) with your original receipt and product tags. Your order will be processed and refunded to the original payment method used during your online purchase and a notification will be sent to you by email.
What is Silvermaple's in-store returns policy?
FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE
We do not refund for change of mind. A store credit note or exchange is offered when goods are returned within 14 days of purchase with a store receipt.
SALE MERCHANDISE
There is no refund on SALE items. An exchange of goods on the day of return is offered if returned within 7 days of purchase. No credit note is offered.
REFUNDS
All refunded stock must be accompanied by proof of purchase and have original tags attached. A gift card (store credit) will be issued for goods that were purchased at full price. The gift card can be used in-store or online.
Can a sale item online be exchanged or refunded?
We must say goodbye to sales items. 7 day return policy on Sale items applies online.

Can an outlet item be returned online?
No - Outlet items are heavily discounted and non refundable and non exchangeable.
What happens if my item is faulty?
Here at Silvermaple Boutique, we take pride in ensuring our customers can receive their items in pristine condition. However, if in the unfortunate circumstance you believe you have been sent a faulty item, please email our customer support team at onlinesales@silvermaple.com.au or contact us on +61 3 9808 2295 to assist and assess the faulty garment.
Return requests received out of these terms & conditions will receive a gift card/store credit to the same value instead of a refund.
