All you need to know about receiving your order.

FREE Shipping on all orders over $150

Free Shipping is applicable to all Australian orders over $150 via standard Australia Post service.

Please note all shipping time frames provided are an estimate only. We endeavour to deliver within the estimated timeframes, however, delays can occur. 

Orders placed on business days Monday to Friday are packed and dispatched within 24 hours (subject to stock availability). 

Orders placed Friday - Sunday & public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

- New Zealand is $25 per order

How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia.

On all Australian orders under $150, we offer a standard flat rate shipping fee of $10.00

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday. Orders placed on public holidays are dispatched the
next business day.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer Express shipping via Australia Post. Next business day delivery after despatch according to the Express Post Network.
Please note, that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, peak periods and public holidays.

We offer a flat rate express shipping fee of $14.95 on Australian orders.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery within metro cities can take between  2-5 business days after despatch via Australia Post or Courier.  Please note, that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and peak periods and public holidays.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer International Shipping to New Zealand.

We offer a flat-rate fee of $25 to New Zealand.

However, do not offer to ship to other international destinations.

Do you offer returns and exchanges?

Yes, we offer both. At Silvermaple Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason this isn't the case, we'll happily refund or exchange your purchase excluding any postage costs.

How do I return/exchange an order?

To process a refund or exchange, please return the item in its original condition (including receipt and product tags) within 14 days of receiving your online order, along with a completed Returns Form. Please visit our returns page for a step-by-step process and to obtain returns.

What happens if my item is faulty?

Here at Silvermaple Boutique, we take pride in ensuring our customers can receive their items in pristine condition. However, if in the unfortunate circumstance you believe you have been sent a faulty item, please email our customer support team at to assist and assess the faulty garment.

Click & Collect

All Orders 

We offer a Click & Collect service at all our Silvermaple Boutique's for local residents. Please select the 'Pick Up' option when completing your order and we'll advise you when it's ready for collection.

Gift Cards

Please note, Gift Cards are sent electronically and do not require shipping.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, our carriers won't leave parcels at your delivery address if they are properly unattended. The Authority To Leave service is available with any home delivery order. An address must first be considered accessible and safe by the courier. If it is, they will then leave it in a safe place.

When you select Authority to Leave as an option at checkout, you accept full responsibility and Silvermaple cannot be held liable if your order goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.
