Click & Collect

All Orders 

  • We offer a Click & Collect service at all our Silvermaple Boutique's for local residents
  • Please select the 'Pick Up' option when completing your order and we'll advise you when it's ready for collection

Gift Cards

Please note, Gift Cards are sent electronically and do not require shipping.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By default, our carriers won't leave parcels at your delivery address if they are properly unattended. The Authority To Leave service is available with any home delivery order. An address must first be considered accessible and safe by the courier. If it is, they will then leave it in a safe place.

When you select Authority to Leave as an option at checkout, you accept full responsibility and Silvermaple cannot be held liable if your order goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.


What If My Order Hasn't Arrived?

If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us. Alternatively, you can track your order shipment via the shipment details that are sent to you with your order confirmation.
